Capsy is an AI-powered educational assistant developed and operated by RxVerse, an independent project created by Ayush. The platform is accessible at rxverse.in and is intended exclusively for pharmacy students, educators and healthcare learners in India.

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide you with a functional and personalised experience. This includes:
- Messages and queries — The text you type or speak into Capsy. These are sent to our AI provider (Groq) for processing and generating responses. They are not stored on our servers beyond the duration of your session.
- Location data — If you grant location permission, we use your approximate city and state to personalise internship recommendations. This is processed locally in your browser via the Geolocation API and OpenStreetMap's reverse geocoding. We do not store your precise GPS coordinates.
- Saved answers — Answers you choose to save are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
- Usage data — Basic analytics such as page visits, browser type and approximate region may be collected through standard web hosting logs (Hostinger). This is anonymised and used only to understand overall usage patterns.
Your data is used solely to:
- Process your questions and return relevant, contextual AI-generated answers
- Personalise internship and job recommendations based on your location
- Improve the performance and reliability of the Capsy platform
- Maintain the technical security and stability of the service
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond operating this educational service.
Capsy uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Groq API — Your queries are forwarded through our PHP proxy to Groq's AI infrastructure for processing. Groq's privacy policy governs how they handle API data. We use a server-side proxy so your API interaction is not exposed client-side.
- OpenStreetMap / Nominatim — Used for reverse geocoding your location into a readable city name. No personal data is stored by Nominatim beyond standard server logs.
- Google Fonts — Used to serve typefaces (Syne, DM Sans, IBM Plex Mono). Google may collect standard web request data as part of font delivery.
- Hostinger — Our web hosting provider, which may collect standard server access logs including anonymised IP addresses.
Capsy uses localStorage (not cookies) to store:
- Your saved answers (bookmarked Capsy responses)
- The GPAT Question of the Day — to remember which question was shown today
This data is stored entirely on your own device. You can clear it at any time through your browser's settings or by removing saved items within the Capsy interface. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers of any kind.
Your message content is processed in real-time and is not persistently stored on our servers. Location data is used only during your active session. Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days by our hosting provider for security and stability purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
You have the right to:
- Use Capsy without granting location permission — you will still receive full functionality, but internship results will not be location-personalised
- Clear all locally stored data at any time through your browser settings
- Request information about how your data has been used by contacting us directly
- Withdraw consent for any data processing at any time
Capsy is designed for pharmacy students who are typically 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through our service, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Capsy evolves. When we make significant changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of Capsy after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
